1. Pixlr : Pixlr is a full featured image creator and editor. It is simple to use, looks very much like Paint.NET and does the job of editing very well. It has great features like Drawing Toolbox, Filters and also Layer support. This is the next best thing to having a full featured image editing app installed. It even has a special filter called Mimic HDR! You can save your image in your pixlr library, imm or your computer. You can also directly upload the image to Facebook, Flickr, or Picasa. It also supports multiple launguages.

2. Befunky : This is only an online photo editor. You can not create an image from scratch. But as an editor it is packed with a large number of different effects, editing filters, artsy, frames, texts and goodies. This editor packs quite a punch but comes nowhere close to pixlr. But it still does a job that’s good enough for much less effort. You can upload your picture from Facebook, Photobucket, Flickr, webcam, Picasa or Befunky uploads. You can save and publish your image to a number of different platforms like Facebook, Twitter, flickr, tumblr, Picasa, your computer and of course to your Befunky account.

3. piZap : This image editing application has a lot of interesting built-in features. You can Make a Collage, Edit a Photo, a background, Facebook Timeline Covers and Webcam effects. The interface looks a bit weird but you can get a number of ready-made effects to use so there are plenty of options.
